Events - Month View
The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
With the new collaboration between the Division of Purchasing and NIGP organizations, the updated schedule of in-person seminars and trainings limits the number of training hours attendees may receive. Because of this, the Division of Purchasing is launching a new virtual training series to provide additional training opportunities.
The Brown Bag Learning Series will be held on the third Thursday of each month via Google Meets over the 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm lunch hour, with registration opening during the first week of each month. Training sessions will range in topics related to public procurement, contract management, the Utah Procurement Code and Administrative Rules, and overall sharing of best practices. The Brown Bag Learning Series will be facilitated by the Division of Purchasing and other members of the public procurement community.
The one hour of training may be applied toward the 75 hours of Coursework/Training required to apply for the Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) certification. Participants may request a Training Certificate within 14 days of completion of the training by emailing email@example.com.
