What is a Reverse Trade Show?

A Reverse Trade Show is an event where the buyers of public entities exhibit at booths and vendors are able to network with them.

How many individuals from my company can register?

As there are a limited number of tickets, each company will only be allowed to register six employees.

How much does it cost?
Beginning January 7, 2022 there is an early bird price of $280 per ticket.  
On April 1, 2022 the price will increase to $330 per ticket


When is the last day I can register?

The last day to buy tickets to the event is May 2, 2022.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds will be available until May 2, 2022. However, we recommend you transfer the purchased tickets to another party within your organization. Please update the registration information if transferring tickets.

When will registrants receive badges?

Badges will be available at the sign-in tables on the day of the event. Sign-in will begin at 8 AM.

What is a One-on-One with a Purchasing Director?

Registrants will be able to sign up to meet with a Purchasing Director to discuss opportunities to do business with the director’s entity.

Reverse Trade Show - Chapter Member sign up - 5/19/2022

We want to invite you to invite you to register for the 2022 State of Utah/Utah Chapter of NIGP Reverse Trade Show that will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy, UT.  

This event allows vendors to meet with several government agencies all in one place, and for you to meet with new and existing vendors that may be able to help your agency.  
We are expanding to a larger facility to allow more room for you to make connections with our vendor community.  We are looking to have hundreds of vendor and manufacturer representatives in attendance that will want to meet you and your agency.  Please consider participating in the Reverse Trade Show, with a table and representatives from your agency available to meet with vendors that stop by your table.  We encourage you to trade out your time in the RTS occasionally and attend a breakout session or two throughout the day. 

We will have an excellent keynote address given by leadership expert, Frank Kitchen.  Multiple breakout sessions will be available throughout the day.  New this year, we will be serving both breakfast and lunch.  This event will be no charge to government agencies who are members of the Utah Chapter of NIGP. If you are not currently a member, can sign up for free on the website under Member Signup. You must be currently logged in to register.  As an additional fundraiser, we do ask if your agency is attending, that an item valued up to $25 be donated to the RTS for use in a Silent Auction, which is open to anyone attending the event.  Proceeds will go toward more professional development opportunities and scholarships for chapter members.
