Virtual Procurement Conference - 9/16/2021
Registration opens June 24, 2021.
Bronze – $100 – Includes a slot for a 5 minute video from sponsor which will be showcased on the NIGP Utah Chapter website and spotlighted during the Virtual Procurement Conference.
Silver - $500 – Includes Bronze video plus a 10 minute slot to present to NIGP members during plenary meeting of Virtual Procurement Conference.
Gold - $1,000 – Includes Bronze plus a 30 minute slot to present during a breakout session.
Offer of goods or other donations – If you want to have any goods/marketing materials/funds you want to donate in addition or in lieu of a sponsorship please reach out to Zac Christensen.
*A limited number of breakouts and presentations are available so register early to guarantee availability.

What is a Virtual Procurement Conference?
A Virtual Procurement Conference is an opportunity for vendors to share their products and services to the Utah Chapter of NIGP over a virtual platform along with being able to attend other breakout sessions geared towards how best to participate in government solicitations.
How many individuals from my company can register?
There is no limit.
Will tickets be sold on the day of the event?
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds will be available until August 15, 2021. However, we recommend you transfer the purchased tickets to another party within your organization. Please update the registration information if transferring tickets.
When will registrants receive the Zoom link?
The Zoom link will be emailed to all participants one week before the event.
